Jay Everall - Product Manager (FiberLightning)

JayJay is the Product Manager for Fiberlightning. He's in charge of the day-to-day running of the division, as well as the overall customer experience. If you're experiencing issues or have any feedback on how the service can be improved, Jay is the person to contact. When he's not busy adding new features and exclusive offers to the service, Jay often assists on the customer helpdesk, so don't be surprised to see his name crop up should you need some help or advice from our support team!

Adam McMaster - Technical Manager (FiberLightning)

AdamAdam works 'behind the scenes' here at FiberLightning to ensure that the powerful servers that host your website function as expected, and remain available 24/7. He works alongside our team in Milton Keynes to manage all of our hardware, and also proactively monitors the service in order to correct possible issues even before they arise! If you need help or assistance of a more technical nature, your request will usually be passed to Adam and his team.

John Kipling - Customer Support Manager

JohnTo provide award-winning customer support takes dedication and commitment. John is passionate about providing excellent service to all of our clients, and can provide assistance with even the most complex of issues without using jargon or 'tech-speak'.
